		<description><![CDATA[Let's improve the quality of our housing stock!]]></description>
				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In addition to better communities, there are areas of the country that need a boost.  The economy is low.  Housing values are low.  And the quality of the homes that we live in are low.  It&#8217;s time to focus on lasting quality and durable natural materials.  Creating 50 year tear-down houses does not improve the wealth of our nation!</p>
